Otohiko Matsumura has been with PwC Tax Japan for more than 15 years, working on Advance Pricing Agreement, audit defence, and various transfer pricing documentation and planning projects for both inbound and outbound clients. He has also undertaken valuation engagements for tax purposes, valuing stocks and intangibles in connection with cross border transfer of such assets within a multinational group.
He was also seconded to the Transfer Pricing Group of PwC US’s Washington Metro office from 2016 to 2017. With PwC US, he was involved in intangibles valuation and value chain transformation projects for US multinational corporations (MNCs).
