Prior to joining the firm, Hironori Maruki worked for an audit firm, a consulting firm and the M&A division of a business company. Hironori has broad experience in M&A and business recovery, covering business restructuring, due diligence, business planning and PMI.
Hironori was seconded to PwC China, where he supported the reorganisation and managed exit of Japanese companies. After returning to Japan, he continues to support the resolution of similar issues by leveraging his experience in China.
