He joined PwC Outsourcing Services LLC in 2017. He was engaged in accounting and tax services and worked on projects where he improved efficiency of accounting operations of overseas companies by utilising technologies.
He transferred to PwC Tax Japan in 2019. He has been engaged in launching a new team called “AI Lab” for the purpose of business efficiency improvement utilising AI as well as creation of new services.
He serves as a lead of AI Lab representing both PwC Japan group and PwC Tax Japan and has been responsible for development and operation of more than 10 AI solutions. He specialises in application of advanced technology such as image analysis and natural language processing to accounting and tax services and building of practical business workflows.
He is a US Certified Public Accountant with Master’s Degree of Science in Artificial Intelligence.
