Nancy Kong has over 15 years of experience advising multinational clients on corporate and international tax matters. Prior to relocating to Tokyo to join PwC Tax Japan in 2019, Nancy worked at PwC Hong Kong, where she was a core member of the Corporate Tax Services Group. She also completed a secondment to PwC Taiwan’s International Tax Services team, where she supported cross-border structuring and investment planning initiatives.
Currently as a tax partner in the Financial Services Group, Nancy advises clients across private equity, asset management, banking and real estate on a wide range of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment structuring, and the design of tax-efficient holding and operational models. She regularly supports multinational groups on inbound investments and cross-border transactions, and has played a key role in several high-profile international tax structuring projects.
