Profile
Koji Noda joined our Osaka office in 2003, and has been providing international corporate tax and transfer pricing consulting services for more than ten years.
Mr. Noda was assigned to the Transfer Pricing Group in the Tokyo office for one year beginning in 2007. Subsequently, he returned to the Osaka office in July 2008, when the Transfer Pricing Group was established. He was also involved in the establishment of the Transfer Pricing Group at the Nagoya office. Now, he provides Transfer Pricing consulting services in connection with transfer pricing audits, mutual agreement procedures (MAPs), advance pricing agreements (APAs), and base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS)-related documentation to companies located in all areas of Japan.
