Before joining PwC Advisory LLC, Kenta Komatsu started his career working for a business firm in the formulation of regulations and standards related to intellectual property. After becoming licensed as an attorney-at-law, he gained experience in corporate law (including M&A, structured finance, labour, competition and more) at an English-headquartered law firm, and then moved on to international cooperation, working to improve the governance of governments in developing countries.
Currently, he is working in the Value Creation Office of PwC Advisory in areas related to ESG and sustainability, particularly in corporate governance and internal control matters such as business and human rights and group governance, as well as ESG due diligence development.
