Atsushi Iwasaki joined PwC Advisory LLC in 2013 as a Senior Manager of M&A Advisory. He is responsible for and involved in a wide range of M&A advisory business including deal sourcing and execution with more than eighteen years of M&A advisory experience.

Prior to PwC, Atsushi has worked for Daiwa Securities SMBC where he was involved in numerous deals in the manufacturing sector, and in UFJ Tsubasa securities where he was involved in a wide range of industries and deal-related services (M&A negotiations, valuation advice etc.) especially in the Financial Institutions Group and corporate turn around business.

He has also worked for Ernst & Young transaction Advisory Service Co., Ltd., where he drove cross-border opportunities as well as domestic transactions.

Atsushi received a Bachelor in Metallurgy from Kyoto University.
