Nobu is a partner in the Financial Services Group of PwC Tax Japan, where he advises financial institutions and companies in real estate and other industries on international tax matters involving cross-border M&A, group restructuring, and financial transactions. Prior to joining PwC Tax Japan in 2008, Nobu worked in the US and advised US-based multinationals on US and international tax matters.
