Since 2017, Masato has been involved in financial statement audits and internal control audits across a wide range of industries, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, and IT, at PwC Aarata LLC (currently PwC Japan LLC).
In 2021, Masato transferred to PwC Advisory LLC, where he provided M&A advisory services with a primary focus on financial due diligence for a diverse portfolio of clients, including global private equity funds and major trading companies. The target companies for divestiture spanned various sectors such as IT, retail, logistics, energy, and manufacturing.
