Before joining the firm, he spent 4 years in the commercial sector involved in financial and management reporting functions for a semiconductor fabrication business.
Steven’s M&A experience includes due diligence, financial projections review, negotiation support and SPA reviews. Steven also helps clients with post-completion reviews and merger integration services. Steven has significant experience in providing buy-side advisory services to corporate and private equity clients in the services, hospitality, education, utilities, plantation and manufacturing sectors.
