Yuki joined PwC Advisory LLC in 2007 and is a partner in the industrial manufacturing sector team. Over the past 15+ years, he has gained significant deal advisory experience mainly in the areas of financial due diligence and SPA advisory, with many of his transactions being cross-border and private equity deals.
Prior to taking on his current position, he completed several international secondments to the US firm’s New York office and the UK firm’s London office, where he provided M&A advisory services to global investors.
