Wendy Dorey

Director, Dorey Financial Modelling

Wendy has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry, working for a number of leading asset managers in London before relocating to Guernsey. Since then, Wendy has taken on a portfolio of non-executive roles, which includes Schroders CI Ltd, two investment companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and a large Private Equity firm. She was also a Commissioner at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) from November 2015 – November 2024. Wendy is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and qualified as a Chartered Director in 2020. She was, until May 2023, the Chair of the Guernsey Branch of the Institute of Directors.

Barnaby Molloy

Chief Executive Officer, Guernsey Finance

Barnaby is Chief Executive Officer at Guernsey Finance. He sits on the board and acts as representative of the company to external stakeholders across Government, finance industry organisations and associations, and regulation.

Barnaby’s professional background is in marketing, with 20 years international experience across financial services and gaming, specialising in digital marketing strategy and complex campaign integration. Alongside his role at Guernsey Finance, he sits on the IoD Guernsey Branch Committee and holds a number of non-executive directorships and roles across marketing, technology, education and the third sector.

Barnaby holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from Bristol UWE and has a sustainable finance certificate with the University of Cambridge. He is a Chartered Marketer and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, holds the diploma in company direction and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Miles Celic, OBE

Chief Executive Officer, TheCityUK

Miles has held the role of Chief Executive Officer since September 2016. He is also a board member of UK Finance and the Financial Services Skills Commission. He sits on a number of government groups. Miles was awarded an OBE for services to financial and professional services in the King’s New Year Honours List 2025.

Darren Ketteringham

Partner and UK Leader of Industry, Financial Services, PwC UK

Darren leads our Financial Services practice, serving PwC's clients at many of the world's top organisations across the Banking, Insurance, Asset and Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate Sectors.

Darren has served and still is a Global Relationship Partner for key Banking and Capital Markets clients. His role involves building strategic relationships and delivering tailored insights, helping PwC stay connected with influential organisations in the sector.

Darren has been a Partner at PwC for 21 years. Joining the firm in 1994, he has more than 30 years' experience working with Financial Services organisations, primarily in the Banking and Capital Markets sector. He was the Chief Operating Officer on the Lehman UK administration and has spent the last 5 years leading PwC's Banking and Capital Markets practice in the UK.

Darren has also led our Alliance relationship with Microsoft in Financial services, as well as led PwC's global Libor business.

Darren has previously led PwC's prime brokerage practice in the UK and has worked with many of the leading global Prime Brokerage houses advising on operating model design and resilience and providing independent third party assurance over their business models and related controls as they considered their response to recent market stress and regulatory change.

Helen de la Cour

Director of Financial and Professional Services, Government of Jersey

Helen was appointed as Director of Financial and Professional Services in October 2024, having previously headed up the Financial Services Directorate and worked in both the Government of Jersey’s Financial Services Policy and Financial Crime Strategy Teams, providing broad experience of the policy and legislative agenda relevant to the financial services sector. Helen was called to the Bar in 2009 and admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2012. Prior to joining Government, she worked for a leading offshore law firm and more recently, Jersey Finance.

Amy Bryant

Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Jersey Finance

Amy is Deputy Chief Executive of Jersey Finance. Amy joined Jersey Finance in 2011, becoming Chief Operating Officer in January 2014 and assumed her current role in September 2017. Amy also retains an active position leading the Strategy & Research and Legal & Technical teams which undertakes projects and initiatives to develop the financial services industry in the Island.

Amy was born and educated in Jersey and subsequently went on to study at Durham University where she graduated with an honours degree in Natural Sciences.

Previous to Jersey Finance, Amy worked for PwC in the Channel Islands where she specialised in the taxation of offshore funds and Jersey corporate vehicles and provided international structuring advice to a global client base. Whilst working within the tax team, Amy was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Taxation as a Chartered Tax Advisor. Amy initially qualified as a chartered accountant within PwC’s Assurance team working on the audits of a number of banks, financial institutions and public sector bodies.
