Leo Johnson

Leo is a Lecturer at Oxford University’s Smith School and leads a multi-disciplinary team researching barriers to transformation, blending cutting edge behavioural science and systems thinking to unlock organisational change. Leo is the co-Founder of the advisory firm Sustainable Finance, acquired by PwC, where he Chairs the PwC UK Advisory Council and is the former Head of Disruption & Innovation.
Previously with the World Bank’s IFC, Leo is the Winner of the IFC Corporate Award for his work on the rollout of the Equator Principles. Leo is the co-author of "Turnaround Challenge: Business and the City of the Future" (OUP). Leo is the Presenter of a number of BBC World and BBC Radio 4 series including FutureProofing, Hacking Capitalism, Down to Business and Hacking Happiness. He is a Judge for the FT Boldness in Business awards, and the author of guest columns for the Wall Street Journal, New Statesman, and FT. He is the founder of the urban wine-making co-operative “Unthinkable Drinkable Brent”.
