Annual Real Estate Conference

We were delighted to host our annual Channel Islands Real Estate conference on Wednesday, 31st January 2024.

We shared our insights on the emerging trends in Real Estate and the views and insights of our panel as the industry sought to manage the current exceptional market conditions. Our panellists reflected on capital flows, transaction activity, and the associated valuation trends, as well as recent refinancing challenges seen in the market. We also provided a platform for attendees to share their experiences and views with peers from the industry.
