Bálint Rippert joined the Hungarian Tourism Agency in 2016, where he worked on several projects. He was involved in the development of the National Tourism Development Strategy 2030 and contributed to the development and implementation of the National Tourism Data Supply Centre. Previously, he gained project management experience in public administration and e-learning development. He graduated in Sports Management from Eötvös Loránd University.
His main objective is to promote the market entry and successful operation of Hungarian tourism service providers and tourist attractions, and to build effective partnerships within the sector, using PwC’s expertise and industry knowledge. He also considers it important for PwC Hungary’s tourism advisory team to become a regional player and support the development of tourism in Hungary and other European countries in international projects. He is taking on his new role with this mindset, and intends to put his broad experience in different areas of tourism and his strategic approach to good use at PwC Hungary.
