The PwC Professional

What is it?

The PwC Professional is a global leadership development framework. It gives us a single set of expectations across all areas of our business, geographies and careers paths, and provides transparency on the skills our people need to be successful in their careers, now and in the future.

It focuses on five attributes: Whole leadership, Technical and digital, Business acumen, Global and inclusive, and Relationships. We use this framework to recruit, develop and assess our people at all grades and business areas, we believe these attributes help our people to be authentic and inclusive leaders.

Whole leadership

We need you to lead yourself and others to make a difference and create a positive impact in a responsible, authentic, resilient, inclusive and passionate manner.

  • Are you open minded yet objective with the ability to demonstrate humility, as well as being intellectually curious and agile in your approach? Is looking after your well being and taking each opportunity to learn and develop while remaining steady under pressure important to you?
  • When leading, do you know how to be part of a team, get things done, handle and drive inclusive transformational change?

Technical and digital

In your role you apply a range of technical capabilities to deliver quality and value for our clients and PwC.

Business acumen

  • By keeping up to up-to-date with business and industry trends you’re able to link between issues and disruptive forces and recognise early signals of disruption.
