越南新税务管理法令正式发布

越南政府于2026年6月30日颁布第252/2026/NĐ-CP号法令，就第108/2025/QH15号《税务管理法》（“2025年税务管理法”）的实施提供指引。新法令自2026年7月1日起生效。

新法令对税务管理程序引入了重要更新，重点关注数字化、数据整合以及加强合规要求。同时，该法令还取代了此前税务管理框架下发布的若干现行规定。
