不服申立に関する新規則

ベトナム政府は、2026年5月15日付政令第155/2026/NĐ-CP号を発布し、不服申立法の施行に関する政令第124/2020/NĐ-CP号を改正しました。

2026年7月1日から施行される政令第155は、不服申立についての特定の行政手続きおよび必要書類に関する新たなガイダンスを提供します。
