新企业所得税框架的重要规则

2026年3月12日，财政部发布第20/2026/TT-BTC号通告，指导《2025年企业所得税法》及第320/2025号法令的实施。该通告自2026年3月12日起生效，适用于2025纳税年度起。

第20号通告主要规范文件、程序及行政要求，对企业落实新企业所得税制度具有关键作用，并将对越南企业及在越南经营或取得收入的外国企业产生重要影响。
