新海關法令自2026年2月1日起生效​

2025年12月18日，財政部發布第121/2025/TT-BTC號通告，修訂現行關於海關程序及進出口管理的相關規定，以配合第90/2025/QH15號法律及第167/2025號法令的修正內容。該通告將自2026年2月1日起生效。​
