個人資料保護法新規​

在《個人資料保護法》頒布之後（如前期簡報中所述），越南政府近日正式發布了第356/2025/ND-CP號法令，該法令自2026年1月1日起正式生效。​

該法令對《個人資料保護法》的若干條款作出了具體規定和實施指引，同時取代了第13/2023/ND-CP號法令。​
