Abolition of Business Licence Fee effective January 2026

In May 2025, the National Assembly issued Resolution 198/2025/QH15 setting out various measures aimed at promoting development of the private economic sector.

Based on Resolution 198, business license fee is abolished effective 1 January 2026.
