個人所得稅新法

December 2025

國民議會已於12月10日通過了個人所得稅新法。該新法對越南個人所得稅制度作出了重大調整，包括稅率級距、適用稅率以及各類扣除項目的變更。

本法預定自2026 年7 月1 日起正式生效。惟其中與薪資、經營活動相關的若干條款將提前自2026 年1 月1 日起實施。
