新個人所得税法

December 2025

12月10日、国会は新個人所得税法（PIT法）を承認しました。新PIT法では、税率区分、税率および様々な控除に関する変更を含めるベトナムの個人所得税制度に大幅な変更をもたらします。

新PIT法は、2026年7月1日に施行される予定ですが、給与・事業活動に関する特定の規定は、2026年1月1日に早期に適用されます。

新たな規定の詳細に関する政令および通達の発行が期待されます。
