2025年11月14日、科学技術省はデジタル産業法（2026年1月1日施行）の一部規定に関するガイダンスを定めた通達第30/2025/TT-BKHCN号を発行しました。

同通達は、中古の生産ライン、設備、機械、工具の輸入に関する基準を定めており、2026年1月1日に施行されます。
