2025年10月21日、財政省は、決議107/2023/QH15および政令236/2025/NĐ-CPの遵守に従って、多国籍企業（MNE）およびベトナムで事業を展開する当該MNEの構成会社に対する行政手続きの正式な導入に関する決定3563/QĐ-BTCを公布しました。
