越南根据经合组织（OECD) 第二支柱框架颁布《全球最低税负制实施法令》

于8月29日，政府发布第236/2025/ND-CP号法令，依第107/2023/QH15号决议制定了补充税法规。此法令为在越南适用经合组织第二支柱框架下的全球反税基侵蚀（GloBE）规则设立了法律框架，包括合格之当地最低税负制（QDMTT）和所得涵盖规则（IIR）。

该法令的颁布正值关键时刻，将于2025年10月15日生效，为跨国企业的2024财年的首次补充税申报做好准备。
