新個人情報保護法

国会は6月26日、待望の個人データ保護法（PDPL）を制定しました。同法は、ベトナム国民のプライバシーおよび個人データを保護するための法的枠組みを最終決定する上で重要なマイルストーンとなります。PDPLは2026年1月1日に施行される予定であり、政府は同法の一部条項に関するガイダンスの発表を予定しています。PDPLの施行までの経過期間中、事業者は引き続き、政令第13/2023/ND-CP号（PDPD）の定めに従う必要があります。
