今年5月，越南工貿部發布了第二版關於原產地證明的新法令草案，擬取代現行的第31/2018/NĐ-CP號法令。鑑於國際貿易情勢日益複雜，此項更新至關重要。而於今年的5月23日，工貿部進出口司組織了一場座談會收集商界意見。
