新たなキャピタルゲイン課税に関する規定-更新情報

先月のニュースブリーフで取り上げた通り、10月1日に施行される新CIT法において、外国法人によるベトナムの特定企業の売却益に対して一律の税率を課されることとされます。このCIT法には適用税率が明記されていないことから、政令により税率が規定されることが期待される状況でした。

財務省は、外国法人に適用される一律税率に関する政令草案を発表しました。
