올 10월부터 시행되는 새로운 지분양도소득세 규칙

국회는 올해 10월 1일부터 시행될 새로운 법인세법을 통과시켰습니다. 이전의 개정(안)과 마찬가지로 최종 법률에서는 외국 법인 매도자를 대상으로 매각가액에 고정세율을 부과하지만, 이 세율이 얼마가 될 것인지는 명시하지 않습니다. 해당 세율은 신규 법률의 시행령에서 명시될 예정입니다.
