国内のVATおよびVAT源泉徴収規定の変更

7月1日、政府および財務省は、7月1日に発効した新しいVAT法のさまざまな条項に関するガイドラインを定めた政令181/2025および通達69/2025を発表しました。

新VAT法の様々な規定を詳述するとともに、外国契約者税（FCT）に関するVAT部分に変更が追加されました。
