越南稅務管理法的重大變更

第56/2024/QH15 號法律（以下簡稱為第56號法）於2024年11月29日頒佈，其中修訂了9 項法律，包括證券法、會計法、獨立審計法、國家預算法、公共資產管理和使用法、稅務管理法、個人所得稅法、國家儲備法和行政處罰法。

在本新聞簡報中，我們將重點放在《稅務管理法》和《個人所得稅法》的一些重要變化。其大部分將於2025 年1 月1 日生效。
