2020년 환경보호법 및 시행령 08/2022/ND-CP는 생산자책임재활용 (Extended Producer Responsibility, “EPR”) 개념을 도입했으며 여기서 폐기 제품과 포장재의 재활용 및 처리와 관련하여 생산자와 수입자의 책임을 명시했습니다. 정부는 현재 시행령 08을 개정하기 위한 시행령 초안을 개발 중입니다.
