개인정보 보호법 제정에 따라 (당사 이전 뉴스레터 참조), 최근 정부는 제356/2025/ND-CP호 시행령을 공포하였습니다. 본 시행령은 2026년 1월 1일부로 즉시 시행됩니다.

본 시행령은 개인정보 보호법의 세부 지침 및 이행 방안을 담고 있으며, 기존의 제13/2023/ND-CP호를 대체합니다.
