새로운 세무행정법이 마침내 제정되었습니다

지난달 국회는 새로운 세무행정법(제108/2025/QH15호)을 승인했습니다. 이 법은 2026년 7월 1일부터 발효되며, 가내 사업자 및 개인 사업자에 관한 일부 조항은 1월부터 이미 발효되었습니다.

본 새로운 법의 시행에 관한 지침을 제공하는 시행령과 시행규칙이 추후 발행될 예정입니다.
