2023년 5월 29일 관세청 (“GDC”)은 베트남 현지 수출입 거래에 대한 시행령 08/2015/ND-CP 제 35조의 개정안과 관련하여 공문 2587/TCHQ-GSQL 및 2588/TCHQ-GSQL을 발행했습니다. GDC는 제 35조에 규정된 현지 수출입 거래를 폐지하여 현지 수출입 거래를 국내 거래로 취급하는 대체 절차를 제안했습니다.
