Decree 44/2023 regulating the 2% VAT reduction

Following our Newsbrief on 26 June regarding the 2% VAT reduction applicable for 2023 under Resolution 101/2023, the Government has just released Decree 44/2023 on 30 June guiding the implementation in this respect, which took effect from 1 July 2023 until 31 December 2023.
