10월 19일, 베트남 정부는 세무 및 세금계산서 발급 규정 위반 시 부과되는 과태료에 대한 신규 규정을 다룬 시행령 125/2020/ND-CP (2020년 12월 5일부터 시행)을 발표했습니다. 동 시행령은 신 조세관리법의 변경 사항을 감안하여 세무 및 세금계산서 발급 관련 과태료를 다루는 다양한 시행령과 시행규칙을 통합하였습니다.
