10月19日，政府發布了第123/2020號法令，指導發票和有關文件，並包括有關電子發票的事宜。
該法令的顯著點之一是將強制執行電子發票的截止日期從2020年11月1日推遲到2022年7月1日。這一延遲為尚未實施電子發票的公司提供了喘息的空間。
