改訂移転価格税制ドラフトの公表 - パブリックコメントの募集

財務省は、移転価格税制の新政令案を公表し、パブリックコメントを募集しています。

本移転価格政令案は、正式な制定後、既存の政令No.20/2017/ND-CPを置き換える形で、本年7月から施行予定とされています。

本政令案は、支払利息損金算入限度額およびその他の移転価格関連項目の変更案を提示しています。
