New guidance on rules of origin under CPTPP

The Comprehensive and Progressive agreement for Trans – Pacific Partnership  which came into effect in Vietnam on 14 January 2019 has helped boost  business for Vietnamese exporters. To facilitate exporters to take advantage of the preferential tariffs under CPTPP, on 24 March 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 06/2020/TT-BCT regarding the rules of origin in CPTPP.
