2022年增加外籍員工社會保險比例

自 2018 年 12 月 1 日起，在越南工作的外籍員工必須參加强制性的社會保險 (SI) 計劃。然而，相關措施是逐步導入。

截至2021 年 12 月 31 日，該計劃已經部分生效。

自2022年 1 月 1 日起，外籍員工必須全面參與 SI 計劃。雇主及其外籍僱員必須同時參與 SI 中的3項基金。因此，外籍員工相關的 SI 總額顯著增加。
