전자상거래 과세를 강화하는 여러가지 새로운 규정이 마련되고 있는 상황을 감안할 때, 이번 개정 초안은 성장하는 전자상거래 부문을 규제하고 과세하려는 베트남 정부의 결정을 분명히 보여줍니다.
