베트남 정부는 신규 법인 설립 및 기타 법인 설립 관련 다양한 등록 절차를 담당하는 각 정부 기관의 협력에 관한 10월 15일자 시행령 122/2020/ND-CP을 발행했습니다. 시행령 122는 서명일로부터 효력을 발휘합니다.
동 시행령은 관련 절차를 간소화하고 관료주의를 축소하려는 베트남 정부의 조치입니다.
