PwC Thailand arranges COVID-19 vaccines for employees

BANGKOK, 14 June 2021 – During 10 and 11 June, PwC Thailand arranged for employees to receive COVID-19 vaccines to protect themselves and maintain trust with clients and other stakeholders.

We would like to inform our clients, suppliers and the general public that 61.3% of our partners and staff at PwC Thailand have now received their first COVID-19 vaccine dose.

“These vaccination efforts reiterate our commitment to the health and well-being of our PwC people, which has remained our top priority. It also helps maintain the trust of our clients and local communities,” said Chanchai Chaiprasit, CEO for PwC Thailand.

“We expect that more than 90% of our people will have received their first dose of the vaccine by July,” he said.

While the pandemic situation in Thailand remains fluid with daily infections still at a high level, we encourage our employees to work from home as appropriate. During this period, our technology and working tools have enabled us to seamlessly deliver quality services to our clients.

With our unwavering support to keep our employees safe, we continue to do our part to contribute to the safety of Thai society as a whole. It’s our hope that we can all work together to protect our fellow citizens, get the economy back on track and help life return to normal as soon as possible.
