Leyla Yildirim will play a crucial role in developing and ensuring execution of PwC’s strategy to realise the firm’s exciting growth ambitions, as well as connecting with our clients on their growth agenda.
Leyla has held multiple roles within the wider PwC network over the past 18 years, most recently as Director of People Management for PwC's Financial Services global network of over 40,000 partners and staff. During this time, she led the development of the award winning PwC Financial Services Future Leaders Programme for key talent, and an international mobility strategy to ensure the firm has the right people in the right places to grow the business. Leyla has also spearheaded new ideas for improving diversity and inclusion in the network and across the Financial Services industry.
Leyla is creator and co-author of some momentous pieces of thought leadership at PwC, including the World of Work to 2020, Mobility 2020, Managing Millennials and Managing Tomorrow's People – ten years on, her millennial research is still regarded as the definitive study on this generation.
