Tomorrow’s Leaders

We are proud to sponsor Tomorrow’s Leaders, Victoria College’s annual leadership event, which this year focuses on the theme of ‘Leading Through Complexity and Change’.

The event gives students from across both Jersey and Guernsey the opportunity to explore the challenges they face as leaders, share ideas, and exchange best practices with their peers. This year’s keynote speaker, Dr Samir Puri, is internationally recognised for his work on geopolitics, technology and global security, bringing a breadth of experience from academia, diplomacy and strategic consultancy.

Through insights from industry leaders and hands-on leadership activities, students will develop a deeper understanding of leadership both in school and beyond, leaving with a renewed confidence, a broader perspective and valuable skills to help them thrive in the future.
