The insurance industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, new regulations, new technology, demands for new skills and retention of talent, increased operational resilience and focus on sustainability were challenging our insurance sector.
On 28 June, we explored how the Guernsey insurance sector is responding and what it needs to change in order to stay relevant.
