PwC was delighted to be hosting a series of bite-sized live webinars. Facilitated by one of our Private Equity experts, each event focused on discussing key updates and challenges within the current valuations landscape.
The first webinar took place on Thursday 26 January 2023 and discussed the updates to the 2022 IPEV Valuation Guidelines. We were delighted to hear from Katrina Hallpike, a Partner in PwC UK's Valuation team, on this topic. Katrina works with a mix of Venture Capital and Private Equity clients, helping them to navigate the valuation challenges posed by the current market volatility.

The next session in the series will look at the current fundraising and deal environment for Venture Capital and the impact this is having on valuations and, later in the year, there will be a broader Asset Wealth Management trends session led by Albertha Charles, Partner and Asset & Wealth Management Leader, PwC UK.
